You will find some sample programs that gives you an idea of the possibilities by visiting our TOURS section. They are excellent, well planned itineraries that are extensively operated and enjoyed by many of our guests. Some contain a combination of the main highlights encompassing the ancient cities, culture nature and adventure. Other carry more emphasis one or two of these aspects.

Using them as guidelines for your planning, you can discuss with us and put together exactly what you would like your itinerary to be. For example, you may want to stretch a 7 days tours to 10 days so that you will travel at a more leisurely pace or you may want to change the places of sightseeing you visit or you may wish combine the interesting highlights of two separate tours into one.

While there maybe certain things that are difficult to combine due to logistic and time constrains but our team of travel consultants will work with you to find the the best solution.

The selection of hotels you would like to stay is also your very own choice. While we have our general recommendation of some great hotels for most of the tours, we are completely flexible and can offer hotels in all areas in Sri Lanka based own your very own preferences.

If you have a very clear picture of the hotels you wish to have, heard about or seen on the Internet, we can certainly incorporate those properties in to your tour.

If you want to work on a certain budget, we can work with you on this basis too.

The tour guide who accompanies you is a very significant factor. They will make a very important difference in making your tour a fulfilling and memorable experience. We maintain a team of guides who are all license holders of the Sri Lanka Tourism authority. They come with a wealth of experience and knowledge behind them.

There are two categories of authorized tour guides in Sri Lanka. The first category are the Tour Guide Lecturers. They travel with you in addition to the driver. They go through an extensive course of study conducted by the Tourism authority. The possibility to offer a Tour Guide Lecturer who speak different languages is quite extensive. Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Russian are the main languages that are possible.

The second category are the Driver Guides. As the title convey, they are your driver as well as your guide. They obtain their license by going through a course of study conducted by the the Tourism authority as well. The possibility to offer choice of languages is not very extensive here. Majority are English speaking Driver Guides. There are a few who conduct tours in languages such as French, German and Italian but as there is more demand for them they can be offered only on availability.

As for transportation, our tours are not conducted on "a seat on the bus" basis. Instead, your booking is given a private vehicle such as a car, passenger van or bus based on the number of people you book to travel with you on your tour.
