AIRPORT TO HOTEL TRANSFER ON ARRIVAL

Once you reach the passenger greeting area in the arrival terminal of Colombo Airport look for our representative who will carry a name board displaying your name for easy identification. This representative will either be one of our company executives or the tour guide assigned by us for your program. After welcoming you and introducing himself, he will lead you to the passenger pick-up area. Any hotel or tour vouchers will be collected from you by this representative. Once your baggage has been loaded you proceed in the private vehicle assigned  for your transfer or tour and check-in to your hotel.

HOTEL TO AIRPORT TRANSFER FOR DEPARTURE

We will inform in advance of your pick up time for your departure transfer. It is advisable to check and settle any relevent payment due to the hotel by you the day before your departure. This is especially a good idea if your leaveing the hotel during the early hours of the morning. This will enable you to have a speedy check-out procedure at the time you leave at the hotel reception and cashiers desks.  Check that all our baggage has been brought down to the reception and that any valuable you have kept in the hotel safety deposit has been retrieved. After checking that all your travel documents are also in your possession, you will leave with our representative by the private vehicle assigned for your transfer at the pick up time.
